For those who dont know what game roms are heres a quick guide. *

most older consoles nes, gameboy, segas etc which are obsolete can be played using your pc, all you need to do this is download the specific emulator software which can be found for free on various sites such as
http://www.romnation.com ROMnation
then install the emulator & search google for free game roms, this will bring up the most popular sites.

search the chosen site for the game you want & download.
once downloaded place all rom files in their zipped format into a new folder naming it as you see fit, then run the chosen emulator look for the files tab on the top line & open any of your zipped games.
the emulator should play the game directly from the zipped file
(some emulators only play certain games i have 2 n64 emulators & some work on 1 whilst not on the other) *

it is kinda illegal to have roms stored either on pc or disc unless you already own the original cartridge or disc,
nintendo are especially wary of ROMers & have been known to prosecute rom sites for using their games so please tread carefully friends. *
